Being a teacher is not easy.  I said I would make a ton of yarn wreaths and continue my adventures, and I did!  Well, not a ton.  I made a few and then I got busy.  The third and fourth nine weeks of school almost killed me.  Plus, I was prepping for a Hawaii trip for which I wanted to get lean and mean so I would feel comfortable in a bathing suit, so between working my booty off at work I was also literally working my booty off at the gym.  I was just too exhausted to wrap yarn and make felt flowers.  Until now.  Literally the DAY AFTER I finished school for the summer I began creating again! It was immediate stress relief being done for 2 months and I felt like creative adrenaline just started flowing!  I made 3 wreaths within the span of 2 days - two of which I had promised as Christmas gifts (no, not for this year, for 2011!)  Albiet, 2 of the wreaths were ribbon wreaths (which I just randomly decided to make, didn't look at any tutorials, just went for it and figured it out myself) and they take almost no time at all.  Anyway, here are my latest creations.  I've got a whole summer ahead of me to craft and create.  I'm not working anywhere else except for a few hours a week at an art gallery doing social media.  I'm not going to just make wreaths, however.  I've been pinteresting like whoa and have lots of cheap ideas on my list.

And this baby was way easy to make using 100+ clearance sale Christmas ornaments and a hanger!
Oh, and I did sneak in two projects that I worked on with my hubby.  We did a little dumpster-diving (or really...curbside diving?) and dragged home someone's old lounge chair.  A lot of spray paint, some wood, and a few new cushions later and we have ourselves a shiny new lounge chair!  We also took an old palette and some cinder blocks that we had laying around, added a 4x4 piece of plywood, and created a nifty outdoor coffee table!
